Among all things that I need to pay attentions to, what is the most important? Please, cancel your direct internationial long distance servcie from your cell phone or land line phone immediately! Very few customers, when using our cards, right after picking up their phone, forgot to first dial access number, but directly dialed 011 86 xxxxxxxx. In those cases, customers were actually using the direct international long distance service from their own cell phone or land line phone company, which usually charges extremely rates. By cancelling your direct international long distance, you then do not have to worry about making those kinds of mistakes. That is very important!

Q: 在美国, 我应该用哪个接入号码?

如果你购买的loudclear卡,在你的城市有接入号码local access number, 你当然可以用那个号码。但是,你仍然要注意你手机使用的分钟数。大多数美国的手机, 在晚上和周末不计算使用分钟数。所以,如果你的手机公司给你那种plan, 晚上和周末 是很方便的。

Q: 什么是area code, 什么zip code?
area code 是电话号码的城市区号. 大城市,比如洛杉矶,会有两个甚至三个区号. zip code 是邮局寄信时用的邮政编码.
如果你的手机号码是(213) 666 8888, 那么, 你的area code就是 213.
如果你的住址是123 main street, APT # B3, Los Angeles, CA 90123, 那么你的zip code就是90123.

Q: 怎样使用love card打电话到中国?
太简单了!每一步都有语音提示!
1.在美国,拿起你在美国办的手机,拨打接入号码,等待语音提示.
2.随语音提示,按2,等待语音提示. (如果你在这一步按1, 那么接下来的语音提示就是美语.)
3.随语音提示,输入你的love card的卡号(就是那个PIN), 等待语音提示.
4.随语音提示,输入对方号码,等待接通.  (举个例子:如果你要打的中国号码是中国手机号138 666 88888, 此时此刻你要按011 86 138 666 88888.  如果你要打的中国号码是北京座机号6256 8888, 此时此刻你要按011 86 10 6256 8888. 按完号码后, 不要再按其他任何键! 其中,10是北京的城市区号. 请记住,城市区号前不要加0. 在例子中,011是国际,86 是中国)

Q: 我的手机是pre-paid的,每个月只能通话250分钟, 可以用love卡吗?
可以. 但是,你每次拿起手机打电话时,不管你用love卡与否, 你的pre-paid的手机服务总是要计算你的手机使用分钟数的。你手机的分钟数, 和love卡上的分钟数,是两个完全不同的概念。也就是说, 你用pre-paid手机用love卡时, 你在使用love卡上的分钟数的同时, 也在消耗你的手机的分钟数。如果你在美国长期居住,Pre-paid手机不是一个好的选择。

Q: 我能用love卡从中国打到美国吗?
不能。 Love卡在中国无法使用。 love卡只能是从美国或者加拿大的电话上打到中国或其他国家。如果你要从中国打电话到美国或者加拿大,请使用L.China2USA , China2USA, 或者S. China2USA卡

Q: 如何使用绑定功能?
如果你要使用绑定功能,你必须先确认一下几点:
你的电话必须有你自己拥有的电话号码, 并且你的电话不能把自己的号码隐藏起来。 如果你不太清楚你的电话是否隐藏了自己的号码,你可以做一个小小的试验:用你的电话给你身边的朋友的手机打个电话 (试验中,直接拨打你朋友的美国号码, 不要用接入号码和PIN),如果你朋友的手机上的来电显示确确实实是你自己的电话号码,你就可以把你的PIN和你的电话号码绑定。

以下是绑定的方法:
拨接入号码;在语音提示选择语言时,按1讲英文;在语音提示要你输入卡号时,请输入你的卡号(PIN);在语音提示要你拨对方号码时,按90# (不要按任何别的键);语音提示会让你确认,这时请按1;至此,邦定成功, 请你挂断电话。

一旦你的卡号跟你的电话号码绑定, 你下次从你的这个电话上打国际电话时, 你仍然必须先拨接入号码; 拨完接入号码,语音提示会立即提醒你拨对方号码;这时你就可以拨 011 86 ****** 了。

请记住,一定要把你自己手机和座机上的直拨国际业务去掉!打电话告诉你自己的手机或者座机公司,让他们取消你的电话的直拨国际电话业务。

另外,如果你使用google voice, 一定不要把你的卡号绑定在google voice 上。

Q: 如何解除绑定?
拿起电话,拨接入号码;在语音提示“请拨对方号码”时,按91#; 随语音提示,按 8 确认;然后系统语音提示会告诉你松绑是否成功。

Q: Love卡可以绑定在网络电话上吗, 比如google voice, skype?
不可以!绝对不要那样做!像google voice那样的网络电话, 打出电话时,受话方往往看不到来电的真实号码, 所以,如果用户把自己的卡号绑定到那样的电话上,那么,其他用户在使用类似的网络电话时,就可以使用别人已绑定的卡号。这显然会对卡号的真实主人造成分钟数的损失。

Q: 我的手机的白天分钟数很少,所以我在google voice上用Love卡,效果也很好。那么LoudClear为什么禁止用户在google voice上用Love卡呢?
如果你不使用绑定或者转分钟的功能, 那么,在google voice上使用Love卡,是没有问题的。而且,如果你有你自己的固定的独有的google voice电话号码,而且假设你用google voice 打出电话时,你的google voice号码能在被拨叫方的电话上正确显示出来,那么,在google voice上使用love卡,转分钟数,或者绑定,也不会有问题。但是,问题在于,绝大多数用户并没有自己独有的固定的google voice电话号码, 而且有的客人会试着在google voice上绑定或者转分钟数,这就肯定会出问题,所以,LoudClear 禁止用户在google voice上用Love卡。这个道理同样适用于所有其它的网络电话,比如skype。这个道理也适用于那些把自己的真实电话号码隐藏起来的手机和传统座机。

Q: 把Love卡绑定到我的电话上时,要注意什么?
假设你要把你的Love卡绑定到你自己的电话号码(213) 666 6666 上, 无论那个号码(213) 666 6666是手机, 座机,学校集体宿舍,学校实验室,公司的分机, 或者是网络电话 (比如google voice), 在你试着绑定之前,你先做一个小小的试验:从你自己的号码(213) 666 6666上,先打个电话到你的朋友(在美国)的手机上。注意:在这个试验中,要直接拨打,不要用Love卡。如果你的朋友的手机上的来电显示确确实实是你自己的号码(213) 666 6666, 那么,你就可以放心地把你的Love卡跟你的号码(213) 666 6666 绑定,你也可以在你自己的号码(213) 666 6666上进行转分钟的操作。另请注意:在这个例子中, 那个号码(213) 666 6666必须属于你自己一个人。换句话说,那个号码(213) 666 6666绝对不能是学校总机号码,公司总机号码,google voice的通用号码, 或者其它网络电话的通用号码。
简单地讲,如果你只想把Love卡绑定到你自己的手机号码上,而且你的手机号码没有隐藏起来,那么你就可以放心地把Love卡绑定到你的手机上, 你也可以放心地在你的手机上进行转分钟的操作。

Q: 在中国,怎样使用China2USA卡打电话到美国? In China, how to use China2USA card to call USA?
假设你要从北京或者广州打电话到美国的电话(202)3335678, 从你的中国的电话上,拨17900; 请随语音提示选择语言;随语音提示输入你的帐户号, 然后按#;随语音提示输入密码,然后按#;随语音提示, 按 001 202 333 5678; 等待接通。
请注意:你的China2USA卡号的格式是这样的:"12345678901234 5566"。其中, 空格前的那部分是“帐户号”, 空格后面的那4位数字是“密码”。

Assuming that you want to call from Beijing or Guangzhou to USA phone number (202) 333 5678, please follow these steps:
From your phone in China (must be served by a telecomm company inside China), dial 17900; at voice prompt for language option, choose your language option; at voice prompt for account number, dial your account number , then press #; at voice prompt for password, dial your 4 digit password, then press #; at voice prompt for your destination number, dial 00 1 202 333 5678; then just wait to be conected!
Please note: your China2USA PIN has the format like this: "12345678901234 5566". The part before the space is called 'account number'. The 4-digit part after the space is called 'password'.

You do not have to sign up with LoudClear. There are two payment options. If you pay through PayPal, we do not ask you for your personal information. Q: What is the refund and cancellation policy?
Due to the nature of the business, LoudClear does not refund sold PINs. Very occasionally, if customers really have trouble using their PINs, LoudClear will refund sold PINs ONLY if the PIN is not used for any minute. In those cases, you need to write to support@loudclear.com with detailed information of the problem you encounter and your valid phone number.

Q: How to use the card?
In this question/answer, we use Love card in USA as example.
1. From any touchtone phone in the U.S. please enter
    the local access number in your area, or toll free number (800 number, less minutes with 800 access number)
2. Listen to the voice prompt, choose language option, then, at voice prompt, enter your PIN number
3. Then at voice prompt, enter destination number. For international Calls:
    enter "011" + country code + city code + telephone number.
    For example, dial 011 86 138 6666 8888, if you want to call a cell number 138 6666 8888 in China;
    or dial 011 86 10 6222 8888, if you want to call a number 6222 8888 in Beijing..
  For calls to the U.S. or Canada:
    enter "1" + area code + telephone number

Q: How long does it take for me to receive the PIN number?
Once you have finished the payment, we will send you the PIN number to your email address registered with PayPal instantly. Very occasionally, due to network problems, it can take more than a minute, though it is rare.
Note: eCheck payments take 3-4 business days to clear. PIN can only be released after the payment is cleared. That means, it takes 3-4 business days if you pay by eCheck.

Q: Why is my PIN delivery delayed? Why haven't I received my PIN? Why???

The PIN delivery is instant, which means that you should receive your PIN minutes after you have finished your payment. However, very occasionally, there are delays, though it is very rare. These are the common reasons to cause delays:
1. Your email registered with Paypal is not correct. Some people write Yahoo.com as Yahoo.edu, hotmail as htomail.
2. Your mailbox is full, or the PIN email was moved to junk mailbox automatically.
3. Your email service provider is having problems.
4. Our mail server is slow, or the internet is slow at that moment.

So, please stay calm, first, check your junk mailbox to see if your PIN is there. If your PIN is not in the junk mailbox, write to support@LoudClear.com (faster service) or call the support number (leave message) at the top of Support Page if you have not received your PIN ten minutes after you finished your purchase, no matter if it is midnight or 3:00 AM in the early morning! Make sure to include the following information:
  the email address you use for the purchase,
  your alternative email address,
  your name,
  your phone number.
  (Note: it is extremely important to include your phone number!)
  Also use "PIN" as the message subject.
Please allow 6 hours response time, though usually we handle that quickly. Alternatively, you can call the two numbers at the top of Support Page. It will NOT help any to call Paypal. It will NOT help any to call the 800 number at the bottom of the Support Page either. The 800 numbers at the bottom of Support Page is not for PIN delivery. The service staff there have no information regarding PIN delivery at all.

Q: What should I do if my PIN is 'invalid' when I call?
Please call the customer service number in your PIN email immediately. Please note, different cards have different customer service number. When the problem cannot be solved, write to support@loudclear.com

Q: Why Paypal charges $1 more than your listing price (very rarely)? How can I get it back?
Very rarely, Paypal charges $1 more for a very few new paypal users, for verification purposes. If that happens to you, you need to get a special number on that charged item, from your credit card statement. Give that number to paypal, paypal will give the $1 back to you. It is not common, but it does happen.
If you use LoudClear pay (the left side 'buy' button on purchase page), there is no such problem.

Please call the customer service number for your specific PIN. It is listed in your PIN email. Or you can write to support@loudclear.com

Q: Where are you physically located?
Our main office is located 102 Fair Haven St, Apex, Norh Carolina, USA. Regarding any questions, please email to support@loudclear.com. We usually reply emails within 180 minutes after we receive them. With some hard cases, very rarely, it may take us upto 8 hours for a customer to receive eamil reply from us. In the afternoon time (Eastern Time USA), our email replies can be slower than other times. When you check your email, please always make sure to check your trash/spam emails, in addition to your inbox emails. We strongly suggest that you add support@loudclear.com to your email contact list to avoid losing emails from LoudClear. We also strongly suggest all customers to always include their current phone numbers in their emails when emailing us. Quite often, we call customes based on their phone numbers included in emails, if a case is complicated enough.

Q: How to use a local access number to save, if there is not a local access number in my area?
If you have a mobile phone and you have free minutes for long distance calls inside U.S., you can dial any local accesss number in other areas. That way, you can get a lot more minutes for your card, simple because you use a "local access" number!

Q: How to find a local access number in my area?
Click the Cards link on top of the page, then the link "Details, Local Access, Purchase" for the card you like, then enter your area code (for example, 212) in the text box, then click the link "look up" below the text box.
Please note: it is your responsibility to confirm with your local telephone company that the local number you will be using is 'local' to you.

Q: Where can I use the PIN (card number)?
The PIN can be used in the 48 continental states of USA, or in Canada.
Some cards (like Roaming) may have 'call back' features, then they may be used in other places too, but with different rates. Please see specific card for details.
