Q: How do I use LoudClear.com?
LoudClear.com is easy to use. Just browse the cards available and then choose the one you like, then you will be directed to PayPal payment page to make payment. Once you finished the payment, you will be taken back to LoudClear.com. You need a PayPal account to make the purchase. The reason we use PayPal is, PayPal provides the best customer protection. Once the transaction is completed succesfully, we will send you the PIN number and other calling information at your email address registered with Paypal. With PayPal, we eliminate the risks of credit card fraud. We ourselves DO NOT keep customer's credit card number at all. We do not even know any customer's credit number.

Q: Do I need to sign up with LoudClear.com in order to make purchase?
No!
The transactions are simply through PayPal. We do not ask you for your personal information. When transaction is done, we will send immediately the pin number and other calling information to you at your registered email address with PayPal.


Q: What about the call quality?
We only carry cards with Business Class quality. Dedicated Optical lines provides the very best quality on the market. for both local and long-distance calls.

Q: Is it safe to purchase cards at LoudClear.com?
Yes. Working with the safest internet billing company, PayPal, we ourselves do not ask any personal information from you. We do not even know your credit card number after your purchase.

With local access toll free access, the voice quality is just as great as 800 toll free access, but you get more minutes.

Q: How to use the card?
1. From any touchtone phone in the U.S. please enter
the toll free number (1-800-... ....), or local access number in your area
2. Listen to the prompt, then enter your PIN number
3. For international Calls:
    enter "011" + country code + city code + telephone number
  For calls to the U.S. or Canada:
    enter "1" + area code + telephone number

Q: How long does it take for me to receive the PIN number?
Once you have finished the payment, we will send you the PIN number to your email address registered with PayPal instantly. Very occasionally, due to network problems, it can take more than a minute, though it is rare.
Note: eCheck payments take 3-4 business days to clear. PIN can only be released after the payment is cleared. That means, it takes 3-4 business days if you pay by eCheck.

Q: Why is my PIN delivery delayed? Why haven't I received my PIN? Why???
The PIN delivery is instant, which means that you should receive your PIN minutes after you have finished your payment. However, very occasionally, there are delays, though it is very rare. These are the common reasons to cause delays:
1. Your email registered with Paypal is not correct. Some people write Yahoo.com as Yahoo.edu, hotmail as htomail.
2. Your mailbox is full, or the PIN email was moved to junk mailbox automatically.
3. Your email service provider is having problems.
4. Our mail server is slow, or the internet is slow at that moment.

So, please stay calm, first, check your junk mailbox to see if your PIN is there. If your PIN is not in the junk mailbox, write to support@LoudClear.com (faster service) or call the support number (leave message) at the top of Support Page if you have not received your PIN ten minutes after you finished your purchase, no matter if it is midnight or 3:00 AM in the early morning! Make sure to include the following information:
  the email address you use for the purchase,
  your alternative email address,
  your name,
  your phone number.
  (Note: it is extremely important to include your phone number!)
  Also use "PIN" as the message subject.
Please allow 6 hours response time, though usually we handle that quickly. Alternatively, you can call the two numbers at the top of Support Page. It will NOT help any to call Paypal. It will NOT help any to call the 800 number at the bottom of the Support Page either. The 800 numbers at the bottom of Support Page is not for PIN delivery. The service staff there have no information regarding PIN delivery at all.

Q: What should I do if my PIN is 'invalid' when I call?
Please call the customer service number in your PIN email immediately. Please note, different cards have different customer service number. When the problem cannot be solved, write to support@loudclear.com

Q: Why Paypal charges $1 more than your listing price (very rarely)? How can I get it back?
Very rarely, Paypal charges $1 more for a very few new paypal users, for verification purposes. If that happens to you, you need to get a special number on that charged item, from your credit card statement. Give that number to paypal, paypal will give the $1 back to you. It is not common, but it does happen.
If you use LoudClear pay (the left side 'buy' button on purchase page), there is no such problem.

Please call the customer service number for your specific PIN. It is listed in your PIN email. Or you can write to support@loudclear.com

Q: How to use a local access number to save, if there is not a local access number in my area?
If you have a mobile phone and you have free minutes for long distance calls inside U.S., you can dial any local accesss number in other areas. That way, you can get a lot more minutes for your card, simple because you use a "local access" number!

Q: How to find a local access number in my area?
Click the Cards link on top of the page, then the link "Details, Local Access, Purchase" for the card you like, then enter your area code (for example, 212) in the text box, then click the link "look up" below the text box.
Please note: it is your responsibility to confirm with your local telephone company that the local number you will be using is 'local' to you.

Q: Where can I use the PIN (card number) from?
The PIN can be used only in the 48 continental states of USA. It cannot be used in Canada.
Some cards (like Roaming) may have 'call back' features, then they may be used in other places too, but with different rates. Please see specific card for details.
