1、打国际国内长途：17900
->
选择语言
->
帐号+'#'

密码+'#'

被叫号码。
(在您的卡号邮件里，您的卡号格式是：“12345678901234
6666”，其中前半部是“账号”，后半部是“密码”
)
1. Call from China mainland: dial
17900
-> choose language option
-> account number + '#' + password + '#' (
account number and password are separated by a
space in your pin email. The PIN format of this
card looks like this: 12345678901234 6666. The
part before space is 'account number', the part
after space is your 'password') -> destination number
2、管理操作：17900
->
选择语言
->
帐号
->
密码
->
按语音提示选择(信息查询请按11#，余额转移请按22#，修改密码请按33#，主叫绑定请按44#，缩位帐号请按55#)。
3、在已开户或绑定的话机上打电话直接拔"17901+被叫号码"即可。
4、对于电话号码帐号，在其它话机终端上可通过拨打17900，输入充值开户的话机号码(固定电话和小灵通为区号+电话号码，手机为手机号码)、密码和被叫号码拨打电话。
5、在境外漫游使用时，请先拨本业务在当地的接入号码(见下表)，然后根据语音提示进行操作，可打回国内、当地或其它国家。
（1）拨打国内固定电话：0+区号+被叫号码
（2）拨打国内手机：0+手机号码
（3）拨打当地或第三国：00+国家或地区代码+城市区号+被叫号码
5. Call from
