MAKE SURE to include your phone number and email address) Please make sure to leave a message when you call, no matter if it is midnight or 3 AM in the early morning! We reply every email (But sorry we may not return every call)! Usually we reply emails within 30 minutes. However, our response to customer's email MAY be slow from noon to 7:00 PM Eastern Time. Sometimes emails can be moved to trash folder (of your email program) automatically, so please check your trash folder for your PIN too. You should write to the email address above, or call the number above (leave a message with your phone number and an alternative email address) if you have not received your PIN ten minutes after your purchase (for credit card purchases, not for eCheck purchases).
